1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

3.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, edit, update, and change the Terms and Conditions for a number of reasons, including commercial, legal, and customer service reasons. We will notify the customer of any amendments, updates or changes by posting a new version of the Terms and Conditions on the website. 4.5. You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes and fees applicable to any winnings received as a result of using our website. If winnings are subject to taxation by your local legislative, tax, and other authorities, you are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to the appropriate authorities.

4.6 The company reserves the right to conduct additional checks, including video verification.
In case of failure to pass video verification, the company has the right to block the client.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5.1. The customer needs to register an account using an email address, mobile phone number, or social media page in order to be able to use the website services.

5.2. The user confirms that when registering on the website, they provide accurate and reliable information about themselves, and in case of any changes, they will update this information respectively. Failure to do so may result in the application of restrictions, non-execution of transactions (bonuses, winnings), suspension of your account, or inability to provide assistance in recovering your password.

5.3. The customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority that is legally permitted to participate in gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction.

If we are unable to verify that you are of legal age, we may suspend your account, and all bets and winnings may be forfeited.

5.5. Only one account is allowed per player, per address of residence, per IP address, and per device. If a user attempts to create more than one account, those accounts may be banned or suspended, and any bets cancelled. Any deposits, winnings, and bonuses received with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. To create a new account, for example, in case of loss of access to the main account, the user must mail a corresponding request to [email protected]

After opening a new account, the former one will be blocked. If the user notices they have several accounts, they must immediately notify betboom.com about this. Otherwise, the player's accounts may be suspended.

5.6. Betboom.com prohibits customer collusion, as well as the use of any kind of robots or programmed devices in the game. We reserve the right to cancel the results of the game in such circumstances.

5.7. The customer must provide a username and password during the registration process. Ensuring the safety and security of the credentials is a matter of personal disciplinary responsibility. The user must not disclose their personal details. Betboom.com is not responsible for the abuse of the account by third parties if the customer transferred his personal data.

5.8. You agree that it is your responsibility to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security by sending a message to [email protected].

5.9. If you have lost or forgotten your credentials, you can recover your password by clicking on the "Remember password" button below the login window.

6. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION 

6.1. Betboom.com has the right to carry out additional procedures and use additional means of verifying the customer identity when processing withdrawals, as well as when making deposits.

6.2. You must provide the following documents to pass the verification:

● photographs of an identity document: main spread and registration page;

● selfie with the identity document and registration page;

● photo of both sides of your bank card with a closed CVV code;

● selfie with the bank card on both sides.

The information in the documents must be clearly visible in the photo. Make sure there is no glare in the photos. A selfie with the documents must clearly show your face and details. We accept photographs of original documents only. No photos of copies, certificates of loss, and temporary documents shall be accepted. If the identity document does not indicate the place of residence, please provide complete registration data. We will review your application on an individual basis.

6.3. The Casino reserves the right to request confirmation of the address of residence - This may be a rent bill, Wi-Fi payment, a bank statement (where the address of residence is indicated), an agreement with a mobile operator or other document.

Please note that a document confirming the address of residence must be received no later than 90 days.

6.4. We may limit the activities on your account during the verification.

6.5. If any of the information you provide appears false, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise incomplete, or the information you provide does not match the information in your passport details, we reserve the right to immediately block your account and refuse to provide the website services for you, in addition to any other action in our discretion.

7. USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

7.1. You must not disclose your username and password to anyone after the account creation. If you have lost or forgotten your account information, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Can't log in" link located below the login window.

7.2. You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity or transactions made on your account. You are also responsible for all losses on your account that you incur due to the actions of third parties.

7.3. You accept the responsibility to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access to your account or breach of security via [email protected]. You agree to provide the Company with evidence of such unauthorized access, if required. The Company is not responsible for damages incurred by you as a result of your credentials misuse by another person or for unauthorized access to your account, regardless of whether they were authorized by you or without your knowledge.

8. DEPOSITS 

8.1. Betboom.com is not a financial institution. The funds in the customer’s account do not earn any interest and cannot be converted between the currencies available on the website.

8.2. The user can take part in the games on the website only if there is a sufficient amount of funds on their account.

8.3. To deposit funds into account, the customer can transfer them from their personal electronic wallet or account through one of the available payment systems. It is allowed to use only bank cards or electronic wallets belonging to the user personally for making deposits. The full name of the bank card holder, as well as personal details in the profiles of any other means of payment used for deposits or payments, must match the user personal details. If we detect a violation of this condition during a security check, all winnings may be confiscated, and the account can be suspended.

8.4. If the customer makes a deposit using a bank card, then the cardholder name must be real and indicated in accordance with the following requirements:

● the field must contain at least 2 words;

● no more than one dot;

● the length of each word must be at least two characters;

● use letters of the Latin alphabet only;

● combinations of the following characters in words and the words themselves cannot be used: “BANK”, “VISA”, “MASTER”, “MAESTRO”, “CARD”, “MOMENT”, “TEST”, “PAYMENT”, “GOLD”, “NAME ”, “MC”, “INSTANT”, “EXPRESS”, “EXSPRESS”, “HOLDER”, “DEPOSIT”, “DEBIT”, “CREDIT”, “UNIVERSAL”.

In this case, the supporting documents must be provided if the first or last name of the customer coincides with one of the words indicated above – for example, "Masterov". Please note that the issuing bank or an external provider on their side can perform an additional check of the “holder” parameter and suspend payments on their side.

8.5. The user confirms that the origin of the funds used to top up the account balance is not illegal or unauthorized.

8.6. Betboom.com reserves the right to use additional procedures and means of verifying the customer identity when crediting deposits to the user's account. This may include, for example, a photo of the user with an identity document. Please see the "Account Verification" section of the current Terms and Conditions for more information about the identity verification procedure.

8.7. The User undertakes not to refuse previously conducted transactions, not to cancel them in any way, not to cancel any deposit operation, and to refund and compensate Betboom.com for any expenses incurred by us in the process of making these deposits and returns.

8.8 Money deposited in the casino must be used for gaming activities. Your deposit must be wagered three (3) times for Slots or ten (10) times for the Sports and Cybersports section.

Deposit Wagering Rules: 

● Deposit wagering is only available in Slots, Sports and Cybersports. 

● Deposit wagering in all other types of games is 0%.

● Bonus money bets are not counted in the wagering deposit

● When betting on Sports/Cybersports, the amount of the bet is taken into account with a coefficient of 1.3. Bets with "Refund" and "Cancel" statuses are not taken into account. 

● Lost deposit is not subject to wagering

8.8.1 In case of detection of a scheme where a player makes minimum deposits in order to avoid wagering the last large deposit, the Company has the right to request wagering of the amount of deposits made since the last withdrawal, and in case of absence of payments - since the first deposit.

8.9. The Company may reward the customer a bonus under certain circumstances. The conditions for receiving a bonus and its size are displayed in the "Promotions" section on the website or in the "Bonuses" section in your account. If the account has both cash and bonus funds, then the bonus funds will be available for play only after the real funds run out. If the customer withdraws the principal amount of the deposit before the bonus wagering requirements are met, then the bonus funds and any winnings received when playing with the bonus will be deducted from the balance.

8.10. If you try to make a deposit using cryptocurrencies and have not completed the transaction, the commission for the return of this deposit is borne by the customer. 

9. PAYOUTS 

9.1. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided that all payments made to your account have been checked for unacceptable activity and no payments have been canceled or otherwise reversed.

9.2. We agree on payments up to 24 hours, but we try to do it as soon as possible. If additional verification is required by the provider, the payment period can be extended up to 30 days.

9.3. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures when processing payouts. This may include a request for additional documents, such as:

● photo of the customer’s passport or identity card;

● photo of the front and back sides of the bank card, with the first six and last four digits of the card being visible in the card number, while the CVV2 code must be painted over. If you have an embossed card number, please make sure you close the same digits on the back of the card as on the front.

9.4. The withdrawal must be made to the same means of payment that was used for the deposit. For example, if the winnings were received when betting a deposit made from a Visa card, then the payout must be made to the same Visa card.

9.5. Please note that external payment processors and the User's Bank may charge a fee when processing payments. In the case of deposits or withdrawals with currency conversion, the difference will be deducted according to the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

9.6. Withdrawal amounts are limited to 5 000 USD per day (or equivalent in another currency), 15 000 USD per week and 50 000 USD per month, unless otherwise specified in the rules of a particular promotion. However, exceptions may be made for players with VIP status.

If the winnings exceed 50 000 USD, the casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly payments of no more than 50 000 USD until the entire amount is paid.

The casino can change the withdrawal limits unilaterally, including individually for individual players, without changing the rules. The limits for withdrawal of funds after large winnings will be set individually for each player who received a large win.

9.7. If any funds or bonuses have been mistakenly credited to the customer’s account – for example, due to a technical error in the winnings table or an error caused by a human factor, then such funds or bonuses remain the property of the Company and will be debited from the account. If the customer withdraws funds that do not belong to them before the error is detected, then the erroneously paid amount will be considered as the customer’s debt to betboom.com, without prejudice to the legal rights of the user. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the support service of our company via [email protected] or via online chat in case of an erroneous deposit to the balance.

9.8. If suspicious activity is detected, additional verification may be required and the payment period may be extended up to 180 days.

10. GAME RULES AND BETTING ON THE WEBSITE

10.1. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any of your transactions are correct before confirming your bet in the game.

10.2. There are restrictions on the minimum stake. By default, the minimum stakes are as follows: 0,05 EUR, 0,05 USD, 0,2 PEN, 45 CLP, 0,25 BRL, 6 ARS, 1 MXN.

10.3. There are restrictions on the maximum stake in slots. By default, the maximum stakes are as follows: 5000 EUR, 5000 USD, 18 900 PEN, 4 010 000 CLP, 26 300 BRL, 1 028 900 ARS, 92 400 MXN.

10.4. There are restrictions on the maximum stake in bingo, live casino and TV games. By default, the maximum stakes are as follows: 100 EUR, 100 USD, 385 PEN, 90 000 CLP, 510 BRL, 13 695 ARS, 2 000 MXN.

10.6. If you have violated these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any transaction requested by you through the website, in whole or in part, at any time. No transaction is considered accepted until you receive the confirmation from us. If you have not received the confirmation that your transaction has been accepted, you need to contact our support service.

10.7. The bet cancellation becomes effective only after we send you the cancellation confirmation. If the request to cancel a trade is not received or processed in a timely manner, you agree that your bet may remain pending and be available for acceptance. 

11. COLLUSION, MISLEADING ACTIONS, FRAUD, AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES

11.1. The following activities are not permitted and constitute a substantial breach of the Terms and Conditions:

● disclosing information to third parties;

● use of malware and automated players, exploiting bugs in our software;

● fraud on your behalf, including using stolen, cloned, or otherwise illegally obtained credit or debit card information to top up your account;

● participation in any criminal activity, including funds laundering or any other activity with criminal consequences;

● colluding or intending to directly or indirectly engage in any collusive scheme with another player while playing on the website.

11.2. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or cancel any payments or winnings associated with bonus funds received from the Company, such as experience points or bonuses, if we suspect that you are trying to abuse them.

11.3. In case of detection of a fraudulent game scheme or incorrect actions that were committed in order to receive a win by fraudulent means, the Company reserves the right to delay the payment for up to 180 days, for a detailed check of the gaming activity. If a fraudulent game scheme is confirmed, We reserve the right to recalculate the bet with x1 coefficient or cancel the winnings.

11.4. The Company will take all reasonable measures to exclude and identify collusions and their participants; appropriate action will be taken against such persons. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you or any other player as a result of collusive, fraudulent activities and other illegal transactions or deceit; any action taken in this regard will be in our sole discretion.
